AMANO MUSEUM FOUNDATION
(Retiro 160 - Altura Cdra. 11 Av. Angamos Oeste. Telef.: 41-2909). Archaeological museum founded by Yoshitaro Amano. They appreciate ceramics, fabrics and objects from various pre-Hispanic cultures. They stress in particular the unique pieces of textile art, gauze, fine lace, painted fabrics and blankets on the coast north of Lima, ceramics from the Chancay culture. In addition parts of northern and highland cultures of the country.

HOUSE MUSEUM RICARDO PALMA

It is the "ranch" where the famous traditionalist lived and where she spent her last years between 1913 and 1919. The construction of the house dates back to early last century and has several environments such as Don Ricardo Palma‘s office, music room, patio and bedroom. It showcases furniture and objects of personal use of the famous author of "Tradiciones Peruanas".

INSTITUTE RAUL PORRAS BARRENECHEA

It is a center of higher learning and research in Peru. It was created in homage to the master, Peruvian diplomat and historian Raul Porras Barrenechea is sponsored by the "Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos" and the involvement of the heirs of prominent citizens. In this venue can be seen an extensive collection of pre-Hispanic art that includes: ceramics, textiles and metals. Pieces of colonial art of gold and silver - Huacos of ancient Peru. In colonial art, there are paintings, silverware and furniture.
